I Filati di Rex is a new collection created by Florim in collaboration with Rubelli, a famous Italian textile manufacturer with over 160 years of tradition. The craftsmanship of the centuries-old art of making silk fabrics, captured on large-format ceramic plates, seduces the sense of sight with a silky finish and at the same time is pleasant to the touch, allowing the essence and beauty of this craft to be captured. The use of fabrics that vary in quality, thickness and colour allows for a wide range of proposals that vary in terms of decors, textures, shades and finishes. From leopards and jacquards to simple silk fabrics, from rich, baroque motifs to geometric patterns, all the fabrics used in the collection have an extremely natural look. Nine panel and tile models from the collection I Filati di Rex was inspired by the Rubelli brand's fine fabrics, which in turn are the result of a contemporary recreation of decorative motifs derived from the famous Venetian weaving heritage.
